You may also choose other pay shipping service on our website such as EMS. Should you request any other alternatives to deliver your package, please contact us.
*Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs, brokerage and other collection fees. We will not responsible for any lost, delayed and/or damaged to the products due to the cause by the carriers.
Customers are expected to contact us prior to making any return or exchange. All returns and refunds must be approved by sexZtime.com. Once refund is approved, you will receive product price excluding all actual shipping fees already incurred. Actual shipping fees incurred are determined by the weight of each returned product and by the way it was sent (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL and Regular/Registered Airmail, etc).
